One of the new things ASUS has up for display at Computex is the ROG Swift PG35VQ gaming monitor. This flagship product features a 35-inch curved ultra-wide panel with a 3440 x 1440 pixels resolution. It offers a 200Hz refresh rate, NVIDIA G-Sync support and HDR support.

This gaming display features Quantum Dot technology, promises 1000 nits of brightness and delivers local dimming:
ASUS is using Quantum Dot technology to power the PG35VQ, which results in a display that handles the DCI-P3 color space, conforms to the HDR10 standard, and can reach a "retina-searing" 1000 nits maximum brightness. Thanks to an array of 512 individual LED backlights, the PG35VQ can also utilize local dimming for significantly better black levels than you'll find on previous generation displays.
Fans of RGB LEDs will also be happy to hear the screen has RGB LEDs that can be controlled via the ASUS Aura platform.

Pricing and availability is unknown but it will likely be more expensive than the current ROG PG348Q flagship, which retails for around $1,200.
