Watercooled AMD Radeon RX Vega 64 requires 1000W PSU

Gigabyte uploaded its Radeon RX Vega 64 product pages and one new thing we've learned is the recommended power supply requirement. For the basic and the Limited Edition cards, Gigabyte recommends a PSU of 750W. If you decide to buy the liquid cooled flagship, the recommended PSU rating is 1000W.

For comparison, Gigabyte recommends a 600W PSU for its watercooled GeForce GTX 1080 Ti cards and a 500W PSU for its GeForce GTX 1080 cards.

Update:
Same info on AMD's RX Vega webpage. Of course, that's way overkill if you have decent material but AMD selected these values to be on the safe side. There are still a lot of crappy PSUs out there.
