Looks like Microsoft isn't interested in coming up with fancy names for Windows 10 releases. One of the latest builds of Redstone 5, the Fall 2018 update, reveals the soon-to-be-released Redstone 4 version will simply be called "Spring Creators Update". You can expect it in April.
Redstone 4, or the Windows 10 Spring Creators Update will bring with it new features like Timeline, HDR support, and even more Fluent Design changes when it is released in April.
