NVIDIA revealed it will add ReShade filter support to the GeForce drivers. ReShade is a generic post-processing injector for games and video software developed by crosire. The tool can be used to significantly alter the visual style of a video game. The exact way how NVIDIA will implement ReShade in the GeForce drivers is unknown.
The purpose of this tool is to enhance the viewing experience in many popular games by adding (often missing) features such as SMAA antialiasing, screen-space ambient occlusions, etc., or by adding vibrant colors to ‘faded’ titles.
