Despite some speculation about a possible EOL (end-of-life) of the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070, new chatter indicates NVIDIA will keep manufacturing this GPU.

There were rumors that NVIDIA might discontinue the model to simplify its lineup but word on the street is that NVIDIA does not see the GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER as a legitimate successor but more as a "portfolio supplement".

With pricing just under the $500 mark, the GeForce RTX 2070 remains one of the cards with the best price/performance ratio in NVIDIA's high-end Turing lineup. The company is now focused on stuffing the mainstream market with more cards. Next week we'll see the release of the GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER and next month a GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER will follow.
