VideoCardz came across some leaked NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 and 3090 specifications that may or may not be credible. There are two separate leaks here, one of them from a Twitter handle that previously correctly predicted A100 Tensor Core GPU specifications months ahead of the launch.

The rumor mill claims there will not be a "GeForce RTX 3080 Ti" as NVIDIA decided to name this product GeForce RTX 3090. Previously, x90 series NVIDIA GPUs were dual-GPU products so take this with a grain of salt. There's also talk of a new Titan card, which may have 5376 CUDA cores and 24GB memory. The GeForce RTX 3080 is said to have 10GB video memory.
According to the latest rumors, RTX 3080 would sport 10 GB memory. Unless there is some trickery at the place, the card should have a 320-bit memory bus. But the most surprising part is the fact that the x080 part would be equipped with the ‘Big GPU’. This has not been the case since Kepler. The last graphics card to have such a GPU was GTX 780 Ti.
NVIDIA is expected to introduce Ampere-based desktop GPUs in September so more info should emerge in the coming weeks and months.
