NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 performance leak - Ashes of the Singularity

A fresh GeForce RTX 3080 performance leak but unfortunately it's an entry from the Ashes of the Singularity benchmark. Despite being a popular database for leaks of new hardware, Ashes of the Singularity is actually a pretty crappy test that's rarely used because scores are notoriously hard to compare. VideoCardz did make some comparisons and it seems the card is quite a bit faster than the RTX 2080 Ti. Based on median scores, the RTX 3080 may be about 26 percent faster than the RTX 2080 Ti in this benchmark.
However, let’s assume that this RTX 3080 is a reference-clocked sample. We can also use medians from the AotS database, as it lists how many pages of benchmarks have been generated for specific preset and specific GPU. Of course, this is absolutely not a proper way to compare anything, but the closest we can get right now.

Less than one week to go until the NDA expires, lots of performance reviews will be out on September 14th.
