Fujitsu Siemens Pocket LOOX N520 PDA with integrated GPS

Mobile-Review has previewed Fujitsu Siemens's upcoming Pocket LOOX N520 PDA. This handheld measures 116 x 70 x 15mm and weights 141g. It runs Windows Mobile 5.0 and is one of the first PDAs with an integrated GPS antenna.

It has Intel's Xscale PXA270 312MHz processor, 64MB RAM (50.49MB available), 64MB Flash memory ROM (26.79MB available), a 3.5-inch 240 x 320 pixels 64k colour display, WiFi, Bluetooth, IrDA, Serial RS232 and support for SD/MMC and SDIO.
