Tweakers.net reports Microsoft is said to be planning to ship about 300,000 units for the European Xbox 360 launch on December 2.

Chris Lewis from the European Xbox 360 Microsoft division said to German business magazine Euro am Sonntag that this is a realistic estimate.

Due to limited supply it's possible that the Xbox 360 will be completely sold out on the launch date in Europe. So if you want one you'll probably have to be fast or you'll have to wait a little bit longer to get your hands on a Xbox 360.

By the way: the European Xbox 360 console won't crash anymore as Microsoft will ship these units with a new power supply.
