Intel debuts Pentium Extreme Edition 955 and 975X chipset

Today Intel debuts its Pentium Extreme Edition (EE) 955 processors and the Intel 975X chipset. The new Pentium EE 955 is a 65nm 3.46GHz dual-core CPU with 1066MHz FSB and 4MB L2 cache (2MB per core).
