Apple MacBook Pro battery life only 4 hours?

I almost missed this article last week but Oreilly has some information on the battery life of the MacBook Pro! They are one of the only sites with some real information.

They were at Mac World last week and played around a bit with a MacBook Pro notebook and got some numbers. According to the battery indicator of the MacBook Pro the battery life is a bit more than 4 hours.
So, being the cheeky monkey that I am, I went over to the Apple booth where they had the MacBook Pro's all in a line. I patiently waited my turn to play with one, and when I got up there and the gal looked away, I went to the battery indicator in the menubar and changed it so it would show the battery life in time. As it was calculating (you know how long that goes), I unplugged the MagSafe power connector and started looking at it closely, turned the MBP around so I could look at the side, and started asking questions about how it connected, blah, blah, blah.
However, the problem is that Apple refuses to comment on the battery life. The presented MacBook Pro notebooks were pre-production models and I've heard Apple has yet to finalize the battery life of their new notebooks. More info over
