The Tech Report has some information on the timeframe set for the AMD/Intel antitrust trial:
A protective order designed to limit information disclosure in order to protect trade secrets will be submitted on May 22. The parties will meet again in September to agree on a trial date, and the cut-off for document production will take place on December 31, 2006. Depositions will follow throughout 2007, with a trial expected some time in 2008. AMD hopes for the trial to begin within the first three months of 2008, while Intel prefers a September start date.
