How to download Google Video and YouTube video files

A few days ago I discovered a pretty cool video from a TV show on a forum. I've seen a small part of this video a few years ago and it was pretty amusing to see the full show.

Now as you all know you can't save or download files from sites like Google Video. So I decided to browse around a bit and I quickly found a website called KeepVid.

They allow you to download videos directly from most video sites in a few different file formats. They support Google Video, YouTube, DailyMotion, Break.com, MySpace, Metacafe, iFilm and a bunch of other video sites too.

All you have to do is copy & paste the URL of the video, select where the video is coming from and hit download. It's really easy
