ATI Radeon X1050 - new entry-level chip for Windows Vista

Posted on Sunday, December 10 2006 @ 00:13:19 CET by

ATI will soon release the Radeon X1050, a new cheap low-end GPU for Windows Vista.

It will be clocked at 400MHz core and 666MHz memory and will support both 64-bit and 128-bit memory interfaces.
The chips are expected this month. We heard that these very cheap cards will be just enough for Vista and this is the main reason they exist.
