    Intel to kill the Pentium 4 this year

    This year Intel will remove the Pentium from its roadmap.

    It starts with the Celeron D 355, 351, 346 and 326 processors in February and the Celeron D 335 and 331 will get axed in May.

    The Pentium 4 524 and 521 will disappear in February and the 541 will live on until April. The 670, 660, 650, 640 and 630 will be removed in March and the 661, 641, 631 will disappear in April.

    The Pentium D 820 dies in February and the 935 and 915 will stay around until May.
