Arctic Cooling has a new passive graphics card cooler for mid-range ATI and NVIDIA graphics cards. The cooler promises noiseless cooling, dual heat pipes, memory cooling, high reliability, low weight and 6 years warranty.
Here's a look at the supported graphics card, unfortunately there's no support for high-end cards like the GeForce 8800:

To provide the ultimate heat conductivity and larger surface area, Accelero S2 features dual thick copper heatpipes which extend directly from GPU core. Heat from the GPU can rapidly reach through 31 dissipating fins that extend beyond the height of the graphic card.
