    ATI RV630 samples broken?

Posted on Monday, April 30 2007 @ 20:15:19 CEST by Thomas De Maesschalck

FUD Zilla already reported that AMD needs to delay the launch of the Radeon HD 2600 (RV630) and now they have some more info regarding the reason behind the delay.

According to their sources the current samples have severe problems. Some of them have malfunctioning 3D engines while others have problems with HD content.

Because of all these problems you shouldn't expect any RV630 based cards in retail stores until late June.
