One of AOA's members, booman, has written a guide illustrating
step-by-step how to mask off a portion of a computer case and paint it
to produce an interesting effect. This article is targeted at entry
level case modders who have minimal skills. Here is a quote from the
article:
"If you have ever wanted to create some dramatic painting effects
without having to purchase an expensive airbrush and compressor, then
masking will be a cheaper and more convienient substitute. I am creating
a simple two color case by using masking tools that you can easily find
at hardware and craft stores."
