I found a video on YouTube of what AGEIA PhysX card owners can expect from the upcoming Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2 game.
The video shows off a level called "AGEIA Island":
In the island every building is destructible - board-by-board, there is also plenty of realistic foliage and a hardware-driven wind system which blows around a ton of leaves and debris. The rest of the game also supports the PPU and adds cloth flags and canopies to GRAW 1's more basic level of physics
