Based on NVIDIA’s next generation G84 and G86 architecture, SPARKLE GeForce 8600 GT and GeForce 8500 GT Graphic Cards adopt innovative unified architecture, dynamically allocates processing power to geometry, vertex, physics, or pixel shading operations, delivering up to 2x the gaming performance of prior generation GPUs. Built upon technologies such as NVIDIA Lumenex Engine, providing support for DirectX 10 Shader Model 4.0, NVIDIA Quantum Effects technology for physics computation and GigaThread Technology for extreme processing efficiency in advanced, next generation shader programs.

SPARKLE GeForce 8600 GT and GeForce 8500 GT Graphic Cards redefine mainstream level PCs gaming experience. With NVIDIA revolutionary unified architecture and full support for Microsoft DirectX 9 and DirectX 10 games, SPARKLE GeForce 8600 GT and GeForce 8500 GT Graphic Cards deliver unprecedented performance, extraordinarily detailed environments, and film quality game effects. Featuring 540MHz and 450MHz core speed, 256MB / 512MB 1400MHz GDDR3 , SPARKLE GeForce 8600 GT and GeForce 8500 GT Graphic Cards deliver highly realistic gaming effects and enable full support for Microsoft Windows Vista Premium

In order to keep pace with HD tideway, SPARKLE GeForce 8600 GT and GeForce 8500 GT Graphic Cards' GPUs feature brand new stepping for providing native HDMI support without SPDIF connectors on PCB. Now SPARKLE GeForce 8600 GT and GeForce 8500 GT Graphic Cards passed the rigorous HDMI ATC certification tests in High-Definition Media Interface Authorized testing center, they can deliver vivid HD gaming audio and video through one single cable, provide more convenience to pc games and video enthusiasts to play games or watch HD videos on their HDTV. SPARKLE GeForce 8600 GT and GeForce 8500 GT Graphic Cards feature PureVideo HD VP2 technology which leverages the revolutionary second-generation video-processing engine in the GeForce 8600 GT and GeForce 8500 GT GPUs to deliver the highest-quality playback of HD DVD and Blu-ray movies on everyday PCs. The new programmable video processing engine takes on all of the high definition H.264 HD video decoding, freeing the CPU to perform other tasks and significantly reducing power consumption, heat, and noise
