The Inquirer has posted the for the time being AMD Opteron LP (Low Power) series specifications on their website. These specfications come from a roadmap from last week.
30 Watts Frequency: 1400 (x40), nominal core voltage 1.15, maximum core current 26, maximum case temperature 67° Celsius, Case to Ambient Thermal Resistance (C/W) 0.28, package CuPGA.
55 Watts Frequency 2000 (x46), nominal core voltage 1.3, maximum core current 44, case temperature 67, case to ambient thermal resistance 0.28, package CuPGA
AMD explains to its customers that the electrical specs are not intended for total power calculations. Maximum thermal power is based on power consumption from a CPU at its nominal voltage and its maximum specified temperature.
