The South Korean firm introduced 16GB, 32GB and 64GB Serial ATA 2.5" and 3.5" SSD drives at the IFA show in Berlin and says a 1.8" 128GB SSD will follow in the fourth quarter of this year.
The performance of these drives is quite high compared to other SSDs available on the market with read speeds of 120MB/s, write speeds of 90MB/s and a random access time of only 0.1ms.
