NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT sold out

Posted on Tuesday, October 30 2007 @ 14:07:04 CET by Thomas De Maesschalck

Sales of the GeForce 8800 GT are a great success. FUD Zilla heard the card is in short supply and that the second batch is already sold out. It's expected that it will take about two weeks before the card is available in volume.
Geforce 8800GT cards are selling like hot cakes as the cards are great for the money but we've confirmed that ATI will have better pricing on its HD3000 and will take quite a piece of Nvidia's sales.

All the overclocked cards that go over 660MHz will come in two weeks time but this is exactly the time when ATI plans to unveil its HD 3000 cards. If you want to buy a graphics card, I strongly suggest you to wait for two more weeks due the upcoming price wars.
