NVIDIA is soon going to release its ForceWare 2.0 drivers. These should deliver up to 20 percent of performance increase, and an auto-overclocking system like ATi's Overdrive.
The driver will come with custom game profiles and you will have context sensitive help menus. TV out and HDTV users will benefit from the new advance control panels and I guess that it will give you more freedom for settings than before.
As for the release date, we don't have an earthly right now, but it will be sooner rather than later.
