More bad news about AMD was published at FUD Zilla today. The rumour site claims Phenoms with frequencies above 2.3GHz have been delayed from Q1 to early Q2 2008.
AMD wants to focuse on the power efficient CPUs and to offer the 65W design for the quad core and it wants to polish the 65nm Barcelona before it launches it again.

By the time 65nm Barcelona / Agena aka Phenom gets its act together, it will be the time for 45 nm parts.

We’ve learned at least a few times that 45nm should solve a lot of problems for K10 design, so K10.5 might have a fighting chance.
