You can expect some better, not only reference based motherboard from EVGA in the future. The company already made its name selling Nvidia reference design and capture a huge success with Nforce 680i but this time it plans to go a step forward. EVGA has acquired 30+ engineers from Epox, a fallen motherboard manufacturer and this definitely gives some hope that EVGA can come up with its own designed boards based on Nvidia chipsets.
The first board these boys are working is based on 780i chipset and should be ready next months. We learned that this will be one of the many that is scheduled for 2008.
