Hero to make NVIDIA graphics cards

Posted on Wednesday, January 30 2008 @ 02:21:39 CET by Thomas De Maesschalck

FUD Zilla heard a big ATI partner will start making NVIDIA cards this year under a new brand called Hero.
The other big ATI partner that wanted to remain undisclosed wants to do the same. That is how the Hero brand was born.

We got confirmation that Hero is a separate company, but again very close to this particular ATI partner company.

This “separate” company called Hero will focus solely on Nvidia. They believe this is the best way and it won’t confuse things for existing customers and it won’t upset ATI who cherish its long term friendship with this significant brand. It is not Sapphire but it is very big brand that you certainly know.
