Posted on Monday, May 24 2004 @ 21:36:02 CEST by Thomas De Maesschalck |
Intel said today that it has hired a team of ex-Elbrus developers, they also acquired some intellectual property of this "would-be Itanium killer company".
The firm said this morning that the hiring of ex-Elbrus engineers brought its R&D presence in Russia up to around 1,000 people and also gave it a centre in St Petersburg.
