Japanese computer site PC Watch published slides of MSI's upcoming DrMOS Green Power technology which improves efficiency and reduces heat:

Also new on the P45 motherboards is the OC Jumper, these jumpers will alllow you to change the FSB/PCI-E ratio to improve overclocking.
