LG L227WTG 22-inch LCD display unveiled

Posted on Thursday, May 22 2008 @ 06:20:22 CEST by Thomas De Maesschalck

LG has released a new 22" LCD display - the LG L227WTG. This display has a 2ms response time and DFC 10,000:1 contrast ratio.
Featuring the industry’s highest DFC 10,000:1 contrast ratio and 2ms response time, the 22-inch L227WTG rises above the rest to deliver the ultimate crystal clear high definition picture viewing.

The DFC 10,000:1 technology delivers incredible black intensity levels and excellent color differentiation in dark scenes. Optimal for 3D gaming, picture viewing and displaying HD content, the feature packed L227WTG also features a unique glare panel that works to diffuse reflection of surrounding light to deliver a more enriched viewing experience. Ultra-fast 2ms response time delivers a seamless and smooth image transition even when viewing intensive graphics.

The L227WTG also has a number of convenient features. “4:3 in Wide” function automatically optimizes the screen for 4:3 sources and wide screen-based sources, keeping images from distortion while catering to different video formats.

The “Ez zooming” function allows for easy changes in screen resolution with one simple click for ultimate user convenience. A built-in adapter with SUB and DVI inputs is neatly positioned at the back of the monitor - reducing unsightly cable clutter for a tidy, clean look. The monitor’s modern, minimalist look and black glossy finish stylishly complements any home or interior.
