DirectX 9.0c Redistributable available for download

Microsoft has made DirectX 9.0c available for download on their website. This new version of DirectX was already available for some time trough unofficial channels, who had ripped it out of leaked versions of Windows XP Service Pack 2.
This new version enables certain new features like Shaders 3.0.
The file can be downloaded here, filesize is 33.5MB.
