Thermaltake BlacX - 3 second installation for HDDs

Posted on Sunday, August 17 2008 @ 00:10:56 CEST by Thomas De Maesschalck

ThermalTake unveiled a new external HDD docking station that allows you to very quickly attach a HDD to your computer. There's one for 2.5" and one for 3.5" drives.
Thermaltake BlacX Series Instant Hot-Swappable hard drive enclosure is finally being globally launched today! Supporting all 2.5” and 3.5” Serial ATA hard drives up to 1TB, Thermaltake shows their expertise in the design of innovated technology products again with the introduction of new BlacX Series! With the fast and easy installation process as 3-2-1, this handy HDD docking station has also been designed with fanless, natural ventilation structure, and yet still performing maximum heat dissipation and exhaust. The hard drive will thus be improved with expended lifespan and more stable performance with less harmful heating environment.

BlacX Series HDD Docking Station supports SATA HDDs up to 1TB storage capacity. Various models with dual data transport eSATA and USB 2.0 interfaces are also available, offering convenient and effective transfer rates, together with the distinctive Hot-Swap function, BlacX Series will be the best gadget for users who demand multiple HDD access.
