TC Mag reports that Google managed to increase its marketshare in the U.S. search market to 70.77 percent last month. Yahoo is second with 18.65 percent, followed by Microsoft and Ask with 5.36 percent and 3.53 percent, respectively.
Despite some efforts from Microsoft especially, Google continued to increase its search market share in the US and, according to Hitwise, last month it controlled 70.77% of that market. Up 2% over June, Google's search share eclipses pretty much everything and everyone but we're sure the Mountain View giant will be aiming higher in the coming months.
