Netbook with AMD Turion spotted in Korea

AVING writes South Korean firm Raon Digital has unveiled the first mini notebook with a dual-core AMD Turion processor. The Everun Note notebook has a 7" LCD display with 1024 x 600 pixel resolution and weighs 742g.

The system has a AMD Turion dual-core 1.2GHz processor with 1MB L2 cache, ATI RS690E chipset + 64MB DDR2 side port memory, 1GB DDR2 memory, Windows XP Home, 60GB HDD, 802.11b/g WiFi, Bluetooth 2.0 with EDR, 1.3 megapixel webcam, SD/MMC memory slot, two USB ports, one USB mini port, one mini PCI Express SLOT and USIM card slot.

The Everun Note measures 200mm x 118mm x 27.5mm (W x H x D) and has a battery life of 2.5 hours for web surfing.



It will be available within two weeks in South-Korea as well as North America. Pricing is unknown.
