dug up the specifications of the RV710 (Radeon HD 4450?) at the Games Convention in Leipzig:
It looks like the RV710 will be a huge step for the value GPU market as this new card has incredibly low dissipation and it still has 120 stream processors.
Radeon 3400 series has only 40 stream processors and as you can see the spec already looks very impressive. We've heard that Radeon 4450 is likely to be the brand of this card and we are talking about a sub-$60 product.
The RV710 will compete against the NVIDIA GeForce 9400 GS.
