AMD intros four desktop CPUs, cuts prices

AMD enters the back-to-school season with four new desktop processors and price cuts for 15 of its Sempron, Athlon and Phenom processors.

Here are the new chips:

Phenom X4 9950 Black Edition 125W - $186
Phenom X3 8750 Black Edition 95W - $139
Athlon X2 6500 Black Edition 95W - $105
Athlon X2 5050e 45W - $90

And here's an overview of the price cuts:

AMD also cut the price of the Phenom X4 9350e, Athlon X2 5400+ BE, Sempron LE-1300 and Sempron LE-1250 but specifics about those chips aren't available yet.
