NVIDIA Tegra HD mobile phone showed off

PhoneDog had the opportunity to play with a prototype of a NVIDIA Tegra based smartphone. These phones are expected in mid-2009 and feature exciting capabilities like a very slick 3D interface and 720p HDTV playback/capture. According to NVIDIA the energy efficient Tegra chip can playback 720p video for up to 10 hours and output it to a large LCD display via a HDMI port.
