FUD Zilla published a photo of a Radeon HD 4350. This is RV710 based card with only 80 shaders but with a stunning 1024MB of memory.
It will draw up to 25W and it will make the card very attractive for the HTPC market and most of the cards will be passive. The card comes with DVI and VGA out and it will be extremely cheap. The card has a fan connector but most cards will come as passive ones, as moving parts such as fans tend to break after some time.

The card has 1024MB memory and it supports fancy features such is automatic overclocking called Overdrive. On a quad core 3.0GHz system it can score a respectable 5400 points in 3Dvantage.
