Fujitsu LifeBook U820 mini tablet unveiled

Engadget writes about a new mini tablet PC from Fujitsu with a 5.6" WXGA touchscreen. The LifeBook U820 costs $999 has an Intel Atom Z530 processor, 1GB of DDR2 memory, 60GB 4200RPM HDD, built-in GPS with German Mobile PC, webcam, fingerprint reader, Bluetooth, WiFi and a 4-cell battery. A $1,299 model is also available, that version features Windows Vista Business instead of Windows Vista Home Premium and a 120GB HDD.
