MSI Wind overclocked to 2386MHz with LN2

Posted on Tuesday, November 25 2008 @ 20:33:15 CET by Thomas De Maesschalck

Just for the fun of it, Team Australia decided to take a MSI Wind U100 netbook apart and test how far they could push the system with liquid nitrogen cooling. They got a CPU-Z entry of the Intel Atom N270 overclocked from 1.6GHz to 2315.7MHz, and there's also a camera shot of the processor at 2385.8MHz! Lots more photos can be found at Xtreme Systems.
