The Black Mesa team has released a trailer of Black Mesa: Source. This game is a complete remake of the original Half-Life, using the advanced capabilities of the Source engine. The mod has been under development for more than four years and is expected to be released in 2009. It will be available for free but you'll need to own a Source engine game in order to be able to play it.
