Buffalo Inferno DDR3-2200 memory kit unveiled

Buffalo has introduced new high-end FireStix Inferno DDR3 memory modules with a clockspeed of 2200MHz (PC3-17600). The module is available in a 2GB dual-channel kit, it needs 2.1V and has 9-9-9-24 timings. The FireStix Inferno modules feature an aluminum heatsink and they should be available by January 2009.
