JVC to show off 5kg 32-inch LCD TV

Engadget writes JVC will show off a prototype of a lightweight 32" LCD display at CES this week. The display will feature a 1080p resolution and LED backlighting, and will use 50 percent of the materials and less mercury than current designs. The display will weigh just 5kg, making it perfect for ceiling mounted installations.
