HP working on new Mini-note netbooks

Posted on Friday, January 16 2009 @ 19:36:38 CET by Thomas De Maesschalck

Sources at Taiwanese notebook makers informed DigiTimes that HP plans to add more members to its Mini-note netbook family.

Next month HP will debut the 10.1" Mini-note 2140 for business users and in June we can expect the Mini-note 2150 which will feature a built-in 3G module.

Additionally, HP plans to debut a new 11.6" notebook in Q2 2009 and a cheap 13.3" model in June. Both units will be part of the Mini-note series and may feature the Intel Atom Zxx series processors (Menlow).
