    Canon D10 is a 12.1MP waterproof digicam

Posted on Saturday, February 28 2009 @ 02:45:57 CET by Thomas De Maesschalck

Pocket Lint published almost a dozen of pictures of the upcoming Canon PowerShot D10. This is the first waterproof digital camera from Canon, it has a 12.1MP sensor, DIGIC 4 processor, and 3x optical zoom with image stabilization.

This digital camera is designed for rough environments, it's waterproof up to a depth of 10 metres, is shock resistant up to 4 feet (1.22m) and its 2.5" LCD display is protected by a 2mm shield. The PowerShot D10 is expected to be available in April for $329.99 (£379).
