The Tech Report writes AMD may be planning to release a 3.2GHz Phenom II X4 processor in April. The site also spotted dual-core Phenom II processors may arrive in mid-May.
According to HKEPC, the Phenom II X4 955 will have the same 125W power envelope and 8MB of total cache as the current top-of-the-line Phenom II. However, it will be 200MHz faster, and it will be a Socket AM3 part with support for DDR3-1333 memory. (The current Phenom II X4 940 only works with DDR2.)

In addition, HKEPC echoes the rumors of dual-core Phenom IIs we heard last month. The site says AMD is prepping 3GHz Phenom II X2 545 and 3.1GHz Phenom II X2 550 processors for launch in mid-May. Both chips will be based on Callisto, which is supposedly the quad-core Deneb die with two cores disabled. That means each chip should have 6MB of shared L3 cache and 512KB of L2 cache per core.
