Compal working on Android netbook?

Taiwanese newspaper Commercial Times heard Compal may be working on Google Android based netbooks:
Taiwan-based handset ODM Compal Communications reportedly plans to develop Android platform-based netbooks, according to a Chinese-language Commercial Times report.
Compal Communications is currently in negotiations with several notebook vendors for cooperation, added the paper.
