PhotoFast debuts G-Monster Quad Drive SSD

PhotoFast introduced the G-Monster Quad Drive solid state disk, this model uses four PhotoFast CFast memory cards and a JMicron RAID controller that supports RAID 0, 1, 5, 10 and JBOD modes. At default settings, the drive promises read speeds of up to 250MB/s and write speeds of up to 170MB/s. Pricing and availability is unknown.
