CryoTech and New Cooling Technologies You've Never Seen

Posted on Wednesday, August 19 2009 @ 09:35:18 CEST by Thomas De Maesschalck

Since today is bugger of a hot one, I thought it might be fun to depart from the usual pixel fodder and take a brief look at a few cool technologies you've (likely) never seen before, touch on some fun tests from Frostytech's unpublished archives, and collect all the thermodynamics research we've reported on recently into one location. This includes vapour chambers, thermoacoustic and phase change waterchilling, conduction cooled PCB and stirling Cycle Cryo Coolers among many others.

    Read more at Frostytech.
