ASUS prepping new ultrathin notebooks for next week launch

DigiTimes claims ASUS will introduce two new ultrathin notebooks on September 7, these systems will use the new Intel Celeron 743 and SU2300 processors. The new models will initially ship to Taiwan, China and Europe.
Intel's Celeron 743 and SU2300 CPUs are priced at US$107 and US$134 in thousand-unit tray quantities, respectively, and both target the entry-level market.
Micro-Star International (MSI) and Acer will follow suit to announce their new ultra-thin notebooks soon after, the sources noted.
